Audio Hallucinations? Get an amplifier.
An amplifier like the hard of hearing use. If it can be amplified, then it is real. The sound can be recorded and measured. Anything else is a fiction.

In the near future I plan to write of sound amplification you can do yourself to identify real from imagined sounds.

My schizophrenia has a serious case of anosognosia.

My schizophrenia says all kinds of shit, but sometimes it gives good advice.

A) Demons will ignore you, and you will get angry/depressed at being powerless
B) Demons will get angry, and you will have to take the results of the anger. What do you have to lose in the fight with a demon?

The best kind of schizophrenia is the one that is clearly insane, such as a thought-hearing of "I am/You are the king of Mars!"
Because it is so obvious it is not of yourself and wrong or unbelievable.

The worst king of schizophrenia is the subtle seed of doubt or want, such as "Did I/you lock the door?" "Did I-you turn off the stove/kettle?" of worry, and the one that makes everyone fat "Just one more bite, I am/you are still hungry" from the pleasure of food.

Is my schizophrenia trying to make me angry? I think so sometimes. What it considers good, I do not agree. Another voice, I think was real, gave me the advice of " take it as a compliment" instead of getting angry.
